Joel and I celebrated the actual day of his thirtieth birthdya by going out to dinner at 150 Grand, a lovely little restaurant downtown. The next evening we invited friends to come to a "black and white" cocktail party at our house. Everyone looked fabulous, and it was a lot of fun!

Happy belated birthday to Joel. I've missed seeing all the "fun happenings" on your blog,Kate, but I'm sure you're mighty busy these days now that you're back to work and trying to keep up with everything. Hope you're both well.
