We had a great time at Chattanooga's annual Riverbend music festival. Last night was Faith and Family Night, and they brought in Jars of Clay, one of Joel's favorite bands. It was a great night of music down by the beautiful Tennessee River. Then today Lily and I kicked back and took some pictures... visible by clicking below! :)
On Saturday we took a walk with our new jogging stroller through our neighborhood. Sunday was a big day filled with new friends and Joel's first sermon as an assistant pastor. Here are a few pictures!
We are in escrow on a darling house on Cinderella Road, which is in the Fairyland School district. The Lord works quickly sometimes! Our plane touched down on Wednesday night, and we had made an offer on this place less than 24 hours later. It's exactly what we were looking for, and is only five houses down from Joel's folks. Please keep us in your prayers as we continue through the escrow process; the owners plan to move out next weekend, so the whole thing could go quickly! It was an amazing week...very eventful! Family in town, Baccalaureate, graduation, a party for 80, dinner at Estrella's, Lily's baptism, packing, moving, Lily's first plane ride (and our first adventure with a baby on a plane!), house hunting, house finding (!!!), and a trip up to Family Camp to meet some of the church family. Whew! I have created a slide show that takes you through it...it may exhaust you just watching it! Enjoy! :)
