My boys

You know, it just sort of sums up their personalities. I think one of the things I love the most about my class is how close a lot of them are. Yes, it's sometimes hard to reign them in, but they enjoy each other. I really want to build that sense of community this year. Today they begged me to sing "O Canada" for them as we finished our unit on Canada, and as I did they joined me in drumming in perfect time on their desks. They cheered enthusiastically at the end. I think we may need to drag out the rhythm band instruments, if anyone has them! :)
