Back to school

Well, the new school year is in full swing. It is remarkably different than last year. I find myself with much more time, and overall everything seems manageable. Our worship team comes back together this weekend, and I am thankful to have a little extra time to devote to it this year. I am enjoying my students and their varied personalities. My boys seem especially close, and although it can make for some challenges with transitions, it is a serious benefit in the bigger picture. Beginning sixth grade always seems to be about learning to channel their social energy into productivity. We will get there!
