On Tuesday, I took my sixth graders on an amazing adventure aboard the Privateer Lynx. We learned all about life on a ship during the War of 1812, from the life of a sailor to how to handle the weapons. We even heard the canon fire! It was cool. Now Lily can say she's been out on the ocean! (You can see more pictures by clicking on the web album below, which is my new method of posting pictures. Much tidier and easier!) :o)
